Demi in Wonderland.

Así de fantástica podemos ver a la actriz americana Demi Moore en la portada del último número de la revista Harper's Bazaar. Ahí podremos verla en una sesión de fotos al más puro estilo "Alicia en el país de las maravillas" con instántaneas divertidas y atrevidas. A pesar de ello lo que más destaca son los estilismos que luce. La encargada de ellos, Rachel Zoe, ha hecho un genial trabajo eligiendo modelos tan perfectos como el vestido color maquillaje de esta temporada 2010 de Chanel o el atrevido look de la portada de mi adoradísimo McQueen.

En general es un reportaje fresco y veraniego.

This month we can see Demi Moore on the issue of Harper's Bazaar. There we poses like "Alice in wonderland". Although the pictures are funny and bold, what most highlight are the outfits that she wears. Rachel Zoe, the stylist, has done an amazing job chosing perfects pieces like the nude dress from Chanel's spring 2010 collection or the daring look of the issue by my lovely McQueen.

In general is a fresh and summery reportage.

Elie Saab Spring-Summer 10

Por fin vuelven las famosas semanas de la moda. Durante apróximadamente dos meses podremos ver las propuestas que los diseñadores más importantes nos proponen para la temporada primavera-invierno 2010-2011. Sólo acaba de empezar pero ya hemos podido ver las propuestas de Dolce&Gabanna, Anna Sui o Lanvin. De todos las que he visto hasta ahora me quedo con la increíble colección de Elie Saab.

El diseñador libanés opta por colores nude, el rojo, azul o el negro para esta temporada. En cuanto a los diseños la mayoría tienen incrustaciones en pedrería, tanto vestidos como chaquetas. También podemos ver piezas con hombros muy marcados ,una de las tendencias actuales que parece ha causado furor. Algunos vestidos túnica están inspirados en la época clásica.

Finally the fashion weeks are back. During more or less two months we could see the most important designer's proposals for the next spring-summer 2010-2011 collection. It just begins but we've already been able to see Dolce&Gabanna, Anna Sui or Lanvin's proposals. Anyway, what I've seen till now I rather choose Elie Saab's collection. The lebanese designer chose nude, red, blue or black colours for this season. Almost all the designs have jewelry decorations in dresses or jackets. We could also see pieces with highlighted shoulders, one of the most rocking trend of the present. Some of the tunic dresses are inspired but the classic time.

Este próximo mes de Enero podremos ver en portada de Harper’s Bazaar a una Lilly Allen, que no deja atrás su lado rebelde pero esta vez con un aire más sofisticado y elegante. El fotógrafo Alan Gelati y ella han hecho un gran trabajo y el resultado son estas instantáneas.

Lilly luce estilismos provocativos (entre ellos modelos de Valentino, Christian Lacroix, D&G, Vivienne Westwood, Antonio Berardi, Christian Dior o Chanel) y maquillaje muy cargado recalcando que el glamour no siempre es sinónimo de perfección.

On next month of january we’ll see a Lilly Allen, who doesn’t  take over her rebel side but this time with a sophisticated and elegant air, on the cover of  Harper’s Bazaar. The photographer, Alan Gelati, and her have done an amazing job and the result are this incredible pics.

She wears provocative looks (between them pieces from Valentino, Christian Lacroix,D&G, Vivienne Westwood, Antonio Berardi, Christian Dior or Chanel) and very dark make up which highlights that glamour isn’t always synonym of perfection.

Con este título nos sorprende el próximo número de diciembre de la revista V.

Acostumbrados a ver a una dulce y soñadora Natalie Portman, aquí podemos ver a la actriz más espectacular y roquera que nunca. Fotografiada por Mario Testino vemos estilismos muy sexys y prendas con motivos brillantes, todos ellos de la mano de la estilista Claire Richardson.

Siempre me ha gustado su estilo sobrio y romántico pero al ver estas instántaneas me quedo con la Natalie roquera.

With this title surprise us the next number of december of the V Magazine.

We were used to see a sweet and dreamer Natalie Portman and here we can see the actress more spectacular and rocker than ever. Shooted by Mario Testino we see very sexy styles and clothes with crystal elements like the shoulders or the black jacket. All of them were brought by the stylist Claire Richardson.

I've always liked her romantic and nice style but seeing this pics I prefer the rocker Natalie.

Hannibal Laguna Cibeles fashion week 2009

La semana de la moda de Madrid ha cerrado hoy sus puertas, y ahora es tiempo de ver y juzgar cuáles han sido las mejores colecciones de esta temporada primavera-verano 2009/10.

Una de las propuestas que más me han gustado ha sido la de Miguel Palacio, pero en esta ocasión me voy a dedicarle una entrada a la colección de Hannibal. En ella podemos ver looks años 50, cinturas muy marcadas o faldas de amplios vuelos reivindicando las curvas propias de la mujer. En cuanto al tipo de tejidos domina el raso o satín y los destellos. Algunas piezas lucían incrustaciones de Swarovski.

The Madrid Fashion Week has closed their doors today and now is the time to see and judge which have been the best collections of this spring-summer 2009/10 season.

One of the proposals that I've liked the most it was Miguel Palacio's one. But in this occasion I'm gonna dedicate a post to the collection of Hannibal.In there we can see 50's looks, very pointed waists or big skirts claiming to the women's curves.

If we talk about the types of tissue we can see satin or very bright cloths. Some of the pieces have Swarovski crystals.

Aquí podemos ver también piezas de encaje y zapatos adornados por grandes lazos. En cuanto a colores ha predominado el negro, los tonos perla y los plateados.

Here we can see lace pieces and shoes with big bows. The colors that have prevailed are the black, pearl tones and silvers.

Love them or hate them?

Últimamente no hago más que ver en blogs y webs de moda estilismos con las famosísimas Doc Martens.

A comienzos de verano parecía que esta moda se iba adentrando poco a poco, aunque las menos atrevidas no veían esta tendencia como veraniega y ponible, pero la verdad es que no hemos hecho más que verlas casi siempre acompañadas de unos shorts o una minifalda. El verano ya ha pasado y parece que esta tendencia ha llegado para quedarse y es que hemos podido ver en las nuevas colecciones de muchas tiendas como Blanco que ya han sacado su propia versión( fotos abajo).

A mi personalmente me encantan aunque no encuentro las ideales para mi...

At the begining of the summer it seemed like this trend was being more famous between people who don't usually wear them, but the less bolds don't like it at all because they see it like a non summery trend. But the truth is that we're seeing them a lot, normally with shorts or miniskirts. The summer is over but this trend is still here. We can also see it in the new collections of many shops like Blanco, that it has done its own version of the mythical Dr. Martens (pics above).

Personally I love this kind of boots but I don't find the perfect ones for me...
